• All information shared during counseling sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where mandated by law.
• Counselors may discuss your case in supervision or consultation to ensure the quality of care, but identifying information will not be shared.

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance. You can book a session through our website or by contacting our office.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the session rate.

Payment Policy

• Payment for counseling services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• We accept various payment methods, and clients will receive a receipt for their records.

Session Duration

• Each counseling session typically lasts for 50-60 minutes. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.
